GHZ ART GALLERY REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At GHZ ART Gallery, we take great care in ensuring that each artwork is handled, packaged, and delivered with the highest standards. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return a product, please mail it to: contact@ghzartgallery.com.

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition.
The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

1Return Process
To return an item, email us at support@ghzartgallery.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

2Return Guidelines for Expensive Items

For returns involving high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GHZ ART Gallery does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

After receiving your artwork and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your artwork for your return to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged artwork to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be:

  • In the same condition as when it was received (unbroken, unscratched, and undamaged).
  • Returned in its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity or accompanying documents.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as digital art, prints, and eBooks or magazines cannot be returned.

non-returnable items:

  • Customized or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
  • Digital art, downloadable files, prints, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
  3. We will arrange either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • paintings, sculptures, pottery, that has been damaged.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ghzartgallery.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

3-DHL Express Shipping Policy

GHZ ART Gallery offers DHL Express shipping for expedited and secure delivery. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and package size. DHL Express provides tracking for all shipments and ensures timely delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

In case of lost or damaged shipments, customers must contact DHL Express directly for resolution. GHZ ART Gallery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by DHL or customs clearance processes.
