You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
- Return Guidelines for Expensive Items
For returns involving high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GHZ ART Gallery does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
- DHL Express Shipping Policy
GHZ ART Gallery offers DHL Express shipping for expedited and secure delivery. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and package size. DHL Express provides tracking for all shipments and ensures timely delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
In case of lost or damaged shipments, customers must contact DHL Express directly for resolution. GHZ ART Gallery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by DHL or customs clearance processes.
